Booking Services

The panel is organized into three main service categories:

Air Services

Provides a direct link for Flight Booking.

Ground Services

Includes options for Hotel Booking, Transfer Booking (e.g., airport pickups), and Sightseeing Booking.

Generic Services

A broader category for logistical tools like Quotation management and ClubWallet.

User & Role Management

Tools to manage Users, assign Roles, and set up Role Config.

Travel Policy Rules

Defines rules according to which results will appear, is mandatory.

Should be defined for each organization so that features required for a particular employee will only appear

Criteria on which different levels of employees / users will be segregated

Approval Work Flow

Works when a business travel order (BTO) is created or when an Out of Policy hotel, flight or transfer is selected. The employee / user assigned the status of approver can clear the request or reject it.
- Approvers can also be created on multiple levels.
